The Heavy-Duty Beam Rack is specialized transport and loading equipment designed to provide two-tier truck cargo expansion and heavy-duty load-bearing. It is ideal for multi-layer heavy-duty loading in truck cargo boxes, including containerized and flatbed types. Its high-strength modular two-tier structure efficiently divides the cargo space into upper and lower layers, enabling layered, three-dimensional loading of heavy goods and materials. This significantly increases truck loading capacity and space utilization.

The fully galvanized mesh panel design ensures ventilation, heat dissipation, and moisture protection while allowing visual inspection of cargo during transit. The rack supports stable, efficient handling of heavy materials, addressing common problems in truck transportation such as wasted space, low loading efficiency, and unstable multi-layer stacking. It is widely applicable to integrated "warehouse-to-truck" transport for heavy goods and multi-category materials, including industrial parts, building materials, and machinery components.

The innovative two-tier structure provides maximum capacity expansion. Its detachable modular design requires no modifications to the truck body. High-strength load-bearing brackets are securely fixed in the truck compartment to create a double-layer loading space, increasing container truck capacity by 80–100% and reducing per-unit transportation costs. Bracket heights are adjustable, typically within 400–800 mm, accommodating goods of varying thickness and height. Lighter, fragile items can be placed on the upper layer, while heavier goods remain on the lower layer, preventing damage from mixed loads.
The platform features quick assembly and disassembly, requiring no specialized tools. Two to three people can set up or take down the rack rapidly. When not in use, it folds for compact storage, combining practicality, efficiency, and convenience for warehouse storage and recycling.
