Drive in Racking Forklift

The Drive-In Racking Forklift is precisely designed for use with AGV and AMR automated carts, providing an efficient and reliable solution for automated storage and transfer of materials, such as rubber semi-finished products. Its standardized modular design features accurately positioned slots at the base, optimized for fast and precise docking with mainstream automated carts. Positioning errors are strictly controlled within ≤3 mm, ensuring the material frame remains stable and secure during picking, placing, and transfer operations.
To further enhance reliability, anti-slip, wear-resistant pads are integrated at the bottom. Made from high-strength materials, these pads increase friction with the AGV cart, preventing relative movement caused by inertia during starts and stops. They also reduce wear on both the material frame and the cart's load-bearing surface, extending equipment life.

The forklift's dimensions support flexible customization, allowing precise adjustment to match the load specifications of different AGV/AMR carts and the dimensions of the materials being handled.
